  • Bobby Tyrolf: Co-owner, Technician

    I Started  in the car business in 1984, In these many years I have held the position of detailer, technician, senior technician, service advisor, shop manager, fixed operations manager, and currently co-owner.

    JA Nutycombe, Inc. - This is where I learned the ins and outs of the used car wholesale market performing the duties of detailer, light mechanical work, and auction representative.

    Royal Olds/ Isuzu - Royal Olds gave me the opportunity to move from a detailer position to technician, working with Oldsmobile, Isuzu, and Peugeot vehicles.

    Crown Automobile - I was able to achieve senior technician status for Mazda, become a service advisor for BMW, and became an ASE Master Technician for the first time.

    Auto Import Service - This was my first opportunity to have full management responsibility for an auto repair shop.

    CarMax, The Auto - CarMax gave me the experience of management in a large company, managing as many as 125 associates. I was part of the team that wrote their original quality standards.

  • Shane Tyrolf Technician

    Shane has worked with us as a technician since we opened. He is currently sharpening his automotive skills at NASCAR Tech, in Morresville, NC

  • Sherri Tyrolf Co-owner/ Customer Service

    Sherri spent many years as an administrative assistant for General Medical Corp. and Circuit City Stores Inc. After moving to NC, she took some time to fill the most important job in the world, stay at home mom. She has been working at our shop since it’s beginning.
